All Two Giraffes products come with a 30-day Return Policy. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or if it is not what you ordered, we will provide a refund or replacement at no charge and/or send you a prepaid shipping label. 

If you change your mind and decide to return an item that is defined as returnable please keep in mind that to be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same perfect, resalable condition that you received it, was never assembled, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You must organize shipping and cover the return shipping costs for your item.

Assembly required. All the hardware needed and Assembly Instructions are included.  

Care

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth, then wipe dry. 

Do not use chemical cleaner, abrasives or furniture polish on our lacquered finish.

Hardware may become loose over time. Regularly check to ensure all connections are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

Wonderfull

Bought in on Amazon. Looks great, doesn't smell, fits twin size mattress well. Would be great to sell tents to put them on top of the bed. Little guy likes it a lot anyway :)

I love it but…

I love this bed for my toddler it was easy to put together and it seems very well made and sturdy, however they sent me the wrong color. I ordered the natural wood and I was sent the white one. I was able to exchange since we were moving and I needed the bed for him but other that I love it.

Just perfect work

It came earlier than expected, excellently packaged and the quality is incredible.
I love that it is low to the ground. My husband had a relatively smooth time putting it together. I also really appreciated that it had barely any smell upon unpacking. My little one loves it and for the first time ever he slept there all night.

My little one is thrilled

Great teepee bed. It feels sturdy yet lightweight, easy to move. Fast shipment and relatively easily put together (about 90 min). Everything was well-thought-out. Instructions were easy to follow, all the parts were labeled. The hardware was attached to the box with red tape, so you won’t lose it. And the best part is I can keep using it till my daughter is a teen, it's big enough to accommodate her for a long time.
