Delivery Time

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all beds for the US. 

Two Giraffes is an environmentally-friendly company, we care about the planet and operate on a low-waste model - meaning that each bed model is made in small quantities and crafted by hand.

Order preparation takes up to 1-2 business days. 

Shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All Two Giraffes products come with a 30-day Return Policy. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or if it is not what you ordered, we will provide a refund or replacement at no charge and/or send you a prepaid shipping label. Please email us as soon as possible at
hello@hellogiraffes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

If you change your mind and decide to return an item that is defined as returnable please keep in mind that to be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same perfect, resalable condition that you received it, was never assembled, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You must organize shipping and cover the return shipping costs for your item.
