We love to answer these questions. All Two Giraffes furniture is built with beautiful FSC®-certified solid woods (alder wood, beech, and pine). We finish our products with child-friendly, water-based, non-toxic paints and varnishes.

All the products are made in the family-owned factory in the Ukrainian countryside, with over 70 years of experience producing wooden furniture. 

All components do not emit harmful substances and are non-allergenic.  All parts are hand-polished, every corner or edge is rounded for your safety.

Absolutely. We only use paints and varnishes that are child-safe, water-based and free of harmful substances.

Chemical testing is also part of the mandatory safety tests performed by a 3rd party CPSC accredited lab

Mattresses are not included with purchase of Two Giraffes beds.

We offer free shipping on all Two Giraffes products for the contiguous US. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about the start of sales in Canada.

Our third party partner carriers (usually UPS or FedEx) do NOT offer delivery to PO Boxes. You should always put in your physical address as your shipping address. If you made a mistake in the address and specified the mailbox, your order will be canceled.

We usually need 1-2 business days to prepare your order. 

Once shipped, you will be notified by email and provided with a tracking number.

Shipping to the US usually takes between 3 and 10 days to be delivered, depending on the destination (we ship from FL). 

Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of furniture, special transportation and delivery methods are used to ensure your order is delivered to you in exceptional condition.

Good to know -  

It is important to track your shipment to know when to expect delivery. Delivery drivers will only bring the order inside the door of the residence, so you should arrange to have help in order to move the pieces to their final placement.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you didn't get your bed, please email us as soon as you can at hello@hellogiraffes.com  - we'll contact our partner carrier and make sure you receive the item.


All Two Giraffes products come with a 30-day Return Policy. 

If an order has not been shipped, you can edit your order by reaching out to us at hello@hellogiraffes.com  

We will make our best efforts to apply the requested change.

If the item ships prior to confirmation of a cancellation or change request, you may return it following our standard return policy. Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

1. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hellogiraffes.com 

Be ready to provide:
- Your order number, the receipt of proof of purchase. 

- Date your package was received

- Reason for return (exchange, damage, incorrect purchase, etc.)

- Clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.

2. We review your application within 24 hours or less. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. 

3. Once we have received and inspected a returned item, we apply the refund onto the original payment card within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return could be not accepted.

Please do not refuse delivery of items that may appear damaged in transit. Most of the time even if a box looks “trashed” the product inside is nonetheless secure or only a replacement part is needed.  It is much more efficient to send only a  replacement part, rather than the entire piece.  

In the case that an item is damaged in transit please send us photos of the piece and the box it arrived in and then we will send you a replacement.  Be sure to keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.


We offer a 1-year warranty on our furniture. During the 1 year period, we will replace / refund any defective item. After the 1 year period, we will assess each situation individually to arrive at a fair resolution.

Our warranty covers the original purchaser from www.hellogiraffes.com for any issues that occur due to manufacturing defects.

Defects and/or damages resulting from the following situations may not be covered by the warranty:

- Modifications and/or alterations

- Negligence or accidents 

- Misuse and/or abnormal use

- Commercial use of the product

Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will propose one of the following resolutions:

- One or more replacement part(s)

- A replacement item

- A refund

Natural Color Differences 

Two Giraffes House Beds are made of solid wood. If you choose a Natural Wood color for your bed please keep in mind that wood is a living product, natural differences in colour may occur.

Shop Pay Installments

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
