Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. During the 1 year period, we will replace / refund any defective item. After the 1 year period, we will assess each situation individually to arrive at a fair resolution.

Limited Warranties are non-transferable. The following Limited Warranties are given to the original purchaser of the Two Giraffes Products. This limited warranty provides coverage to the original retail purchaser for residential use only.

Our warranty covers the original purchaser for any issues that arise due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover issues arising from misuse or from normal wear and tear (such as stains, scratches, and other forms of cosmetic damage), any merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand. 

This warranty DOES NOT apply to damage caused during transportation, improper storage, defects from normal wear and tear, product misuse, after market product alterations, used with non-Two Giraffes approved and/or marked accessories, or failure to follow assembly, use and care instructions supplied with the product. This warranty is valid with an original dated receipt.

Natural Color Differences 

Two Giraffes House Beds are made of solid wood. If you choose a Natural Wood color for your bed please keep in mind that wood is a living product, natural differences in colour may occur. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving a damaged delivery.

Defects and/or damages resulting from the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

    • Using power tools to aid in assembly
    • Modifications and/or alterations
    • Negligence or accidents 
    • Misuse and/or abnormal use
    • Commercial use of the product
Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will propose one of the following resolutions:
    • One or more replacement part(s)
    • A replacement item
    • A refund
