If you change your mind and decide to return an item that is defined as returnable please keep in mind that to be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same perfect, resalable condition that you received it, was never assembled, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You must organize shipping and cover the return shipping costs for your item.

Assembly required. All the hardware needed and Assembly Instructions are included.  

Care

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth, then wipe dry. 

Do not use chemical cleaner, abrasives or furniture polish on our lacquered finish.

Hardware may become loose over time. Regularly check to ensure all connections are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

Absolutely love it!

We absolutely love this bed. It was very important to me that we found a bed that had a platform so the mattress could breathe. The quality of the bed is amazing and I love the sturdiness of it! So happy with our purchase.

This house bed is just everything we were hoping it would be!

We feel this is a great solution for transitioning from cosleeping. My son loves sleeping in it! The quality is amazing & looks exactly as pictured. Shipping was quick and the manual was easy to follow. It took us about 1 hour to put it together (2 people). The bed is sturdy, so it’s 100% worth the price!

Very well made! Great interior furniture piece!

The quality is exceptional, exceeding my expectations. I absolutely love this house bed! My wife and I did a lot of research when looking for a floor bed. We wanted it to be made with eco-friendly and natural materials and house-shaped to make the transition from a crib easier. This one is very well made! The assembly book is well designed and easy to follow. The kid love it! Would highly recommend.

Overall Great

Overall this bed is great. It definitely feels sturdy and I am confident it will last a long time.
I did have some issues with my order though. I had some spots with chipped or missing pain, and a couple of pieces seemed to have been missing a coat of paint, as I could see the wood more clearly on some pieces than others. I also had some issues with some of the bolts threading. I believe it was due to some of the pre drilled holes having some shavings in it still which got pushed into the threads. I contacted customer service about my issues and we came to an agreement in about a day to make up for the issues.

Pros: sturdy, instructions clear, hardware clearly labeled/seperated, customer service A+

Cons: Quality control could be better

Despite the issues I encountered, I would still recommend the product and will be keeping an eye out for new products to be released.
